Our Beginings
Founded in 2005 as Great Lakes Ornamental Iron in Hilton, NY the original vision for the company was fabricating and installing ornamental railings and gates. Quickly the company transitioned to adding fabrication and installation of commercial and industrial ductwork and related equipment to its core business.
Our Growth
From a simple beginning in the pole barn behind the original owner's house Great Lakes Ornamental Iron moved into a 7,000 SF space in Rochester, NY in 2020. That year the new ownership changed the name to Crease HVAC. A short five years later Crease HVAC will be moving into a 31,000 SF building in Henrietta, NY
Our Focus
Acting primarily as a subcontractor, we provide the airside mechanical solutions to mechanical contractors who handle the wetside of commercial HVAC systems. Our fabrication capabilities continue to grow making both ductwork and specialty fabrications in house.
